The delegates offered incense and wreaths in tribute to President Ho Chi Minh, the national great leader, a hero of national liberation, and a world cultural celebrity.
They also vowed to study and follow the President’s ideology, moral and lifestyle and continue making further contributions to the country’s construction and development.
Also at the Kim Lien relic site that day, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc attended a ceremony held by the Ministry of Information and Communications and the Nghe An Provincial People’s Committee to launch a special postage stamp celebrating Uncle Ho’s 130th birthday anniversary.
Measuring 43 x 32 mm, the stamp features a portrait of President Ho at the centre, with an image of the Ho Chi Minh Museum placed on the right, and lotus bulbs in the back ground representing his hometown in Sen (Lotus) Village.
The stamp, which has a face value of VND 4,000, is available in public postal network branches across the country until December 31, 2021.
