Following moves by the Hanoi administration to suspend all of the capital’s bus services to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), no busses have been seen on the bus lanes on Yen Phu street
With no traffic in place, plenty of local residents make use of the quiet road to exercise regardless of the social distancing order.
