    The beautiful land of Vietnam lies in the longitude from 102°09’ to 109°30’ and the latitude from 8°10’ to 123°24’. The total land area is 331,698 square kilometers. The distance (as the crow flies) between the northernmost point and southernmost point is 1,650km. The maximal distance between East and West is 600km (in the North) and the minimal distance is 50 km (Quảng Bình – the Central part).
